Gin and Tonic with Grilled Key Lime

  1. 1) Cut the key limes into wedges. Grill just long enough to add grill marks to all three sides (both cut sides and the rind). Be careful while turning to not squeeze the juice out of the limes.
  2. 2) Make the gin and tonic to your pour preference. Add the juice of two key limes. Add two additional key limes for garnish.
