Braised BrisketLynx Griller Bryan B sent us this photo of Lynx Grill marks on a brisket he was about to slow roast. After some light seasoning, Bryan used his Lynx to sear in the flavor and juices. He then braised the meat for a few hours in a mixture of red wine, veal stock, radishes, jalapenos, garlic and boiler onions!
