The subtle twist of grilling the key limes takes away some of the bitterness from the rind. Plus, it’ll add grill marks from your Lynx that is sure to be a conversation starter.
- Cut the key limes into wedges. Grill just long enough to add grill marks to all three sides (both cut sides and the rind). Be careful while turning to not squeeze the juice out of the limes.
- Make the gin and tonic to your pour preference. Add the juice of two key limes. Add two additional key limes for garnish.
